Association for Inclusive Development and Research Centre (AIDRC) is an Organization registered under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 via no. RS/KAM (M)/263/A/244 is dedicated to meet the emerging need in the developmental sector having tripartite functions of training, research and services in the field of Disability Rehabilitation, Education, Health and through its service units. It is a developmental organization on national repute and progressing towards making striking advances in building capacities to empower underprivileged section of society.

To do all Social Welfare activities Specially Disability Rehabilitation, Public Health, Education, Livelihood Programme and other development works in the North East Region.

To promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by all persons with disabilities and other marginalized group, and to promote respect for their inherent dignity in the society.

To emerge as the Nerve Centre in North East region with multi-dimentional activities, with the objective to explore and develop to the fullest, the potential that lies in each individual with special needs and other marginalized groups to bring them to the mainstream of the society.

 Rehabilitation Services through Therapeutic Intervention to the Children with Special Needs.
 Workshop, Seminar, CRE, Conference and Training programme for Parents, Students, professionals, Teachers in the North East region in collaboration with National Institute and other Govt, agencies like NIVH, NIOH, SSA etc.
Outreach and Extension Services like Assessment and
Distribution of Aids & Appliances through ADIP camp in collaboration with ALIMCO and Free Rehabilitation Camp, Awareness camp, Medical camp for the benefits of the PWDs and other marginalized people of North East.
